Greg and Fitz are two of the most efficient technicians I have ever had the pleasure of working with for the installation of my ductless AC units! They came in time; explained what they were going to do; installed all the units and set each AC unit with remotes. Greg explained and showed me how to set the remote control devices which made it easy for me to remember how to change any settings. Both had meticulous attention to detail as well as being very thoughtful and courteous. I will definitely be calling Coastal Air Conditioning for all future needs. Coastal was amazing to work with right from the start! Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable right from the estimate from Jesse to the install by Fitz and Greg. The office safe was top notch working with me for a quick install because my A/C was barely working. In the midst of scheduling my install my hot water heater broke. I called a 24/7 company to come and fix/repair it and they couldn’t locate anyone to come on a Sunday night they scheduled me for Monday morning and they were a no show. I called Coastal to see if they did hot water heaters they did not but I did receive a call from the owner of the company and he hooked me up with a plumbing company (Force Plumbing) they use and that problem was also fixed quickly and at a fair price. By Tuesday I had a new hot water heater from force plumbing and an A/C unit and furnace from Coastal. Great experience all around I am happy and grateful for the quick and competent service. Coastal even offered a 10 year maintenance program included in the price. Win /Win !!!
