No job is too big or too small when it comes to your comfort.

We’ve been serving our New Jersey customers from Monmouth County to Ocean and Middlesex since 1998, helping to keep homeowners and their families comfortable.

We pride ourselves on educating you about your options and helping you take advantage of rebates and incentives that may be available from the state or your local utility.  We also offer financing to qualified homeowners.

Let us know what your cooling needs are and we’ll provide you with a free in-home consultation and estimate for making your home comfortable for the whole family.

Central Air Conditioning

Central air conditioning cools your home through a system of ducts that vent into each room. The most common central air conditioner is a “split system”, where refrigerant is circulated between an outdoor condenser, and coils housed in an indoor unit. A blower circulates air through the ducts and into each room in your home.

If you’ve got an older system that is starting to wear, or if you have one that was installed prior to 2010 and are realizing how the cost of R22 refrigerant has spiked, we can help.

We install energy efficient central air conditioning systems that use the coolant R-410A, a less expensive, EPA-approved and environmentally friendly gas. So whether you want to replace your old air conditioner or install one in a home for the first time, with single-zone or multi-zone control, we’re available to answer questions and guide you to a solution that will work for you.

Ductless Air Conditioning Systems

Whether you’re not ready to install a full-house central air conditioning system or you simply have a hard-to-cool room like a sunroom, garage, workshop or master bedroom suite, ductless systems are a great choice.

Ductless air conditioning systems are compact, wall-mounted units about thirty inches long by twelve high. They’re accompanied by an outdoor compressor that’s about the size of a small suitcase. The two pieces are connected by thin copper tubing and electrical wires.

They’re highly energy-efficient, quiet, and give you all the cooling advantages of ducted systems, without the invasive and expensive ductwork.

If you’ve already got central air but have a challenging room to cool, or if you want a simpler, less invasive way to cool your home, let us know and we’ll provide you with a free consultation and estimate.

High-Velocity Air Conditioning Systems

A high-velocity air conditioning system is similar to ducted central air conditioning with the unique advantage of having smaller-diameter ductwork. These quiet systems are composed of an indoor air handler and an outdoor condenser and can also work with other components, like air purifiers and humidifiers.

High-velocity systems are perfect for older homes where the walls may be too shallow for traditional ducts, or for historic homes where installing larger ducts may be too invasive.

If you’re considering a high-velocity air conditioning system, let us know. We’ll visit your home for a free consultation and estimate and let you know what your best options are.

The people at Coastal have consistently done a great job for us for many years. We use their service program and it has kept our heating and air conditioning equipment running efficiently. We recently had an immediate need and they dispatched a service technician in less than one hour and he took care of the problem immediately. We have dealt with service people from many businesses over the 40 years we have been homeowners and I would rate the people from Coastal among the best if not the best. Highly recommended.
